Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at FAST DRYWALL LTD. As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Supervise a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance targets.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and that customer service standards are maintained.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with some college or university education preferred.
