Job Title: Pega Infinity LeadThis is a full-time position based in Oakville, Ontario, with hybrid work arrangements.
Salary Range:$120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Infinity Lead to join our team. As a Pega Infinity Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our in-house application, triaging, resolving, and conducting root cause analysis (RCA) on severity 1 and 2 incidents.
You will interpret technical designs for implementations, or review those created by team members, to deduce why production issues may be occurring. For issues that require coding changes, you will develop and oversee technical development that is in line with our established architecture, technical designs, and development standards.
You will act as the primary prod support technical contact for our application end-users and understand the overall product roadmap as articulated by agile coach/product owner and translate it into team-specific release planning and sprint planning.
Maintaining applications and infrastructure alerts, reacting quickly, recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat product issues, taking ownership and responding to open support tickets, closing open support tickets by adhering to the production support service level agreements, identifying and implementing automation opportunities to ensure success, troubleshooting production issues, working closely with end-users to close the issue, collaborating with other departments, solution architects to validate the design, enhancing system performance, developing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications, writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, analyzing user and system requirements, designing database architecture, validating software functionality and security, suggesting improvements.
About You:- You have at least a bachelor's degree in computer science.
- You possess extensive exposure with Pega BPM.
- You have extensively worked on Pega Infinity & Pega 8 development, especially with Case Management.
- You have hands-on exposure and have implemented rules like Data Pages, Report Definition's, Data Transforms, SLAs, Decisioning, and Agents.
- You have basic Pega knowledge like flows, sections, activities, reports, integration, agents, deployments.
- You are proficient in Java, Shell script, Oracle, MySQL, Spring Boot, JSF, JavaScript, WebSphere, Hibernate, Azure Cloud experience with certification at Dev/Dev Ops level.
- You have provided senior-level system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and databases for client/server-, web-, and/or PC-based software or middleware.
- You have good client interfacing and communication skills, good problem-solving skills, communication and interpersonal skills, proven ability to handle multiple assignments, tight timelines, and manage through project obstacles to consistently deliver results, systems analysis, and implementation of new features, application/environment monitoring and supporting, ability to diagnose and resolve software issues - be ready for providing on-call support, plan, test, and execute production releases.
