Job Overview

">

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Technologist to join our team in Oakville, Ontario.

">

The ideal candidate will have a College program in Civil Engineering Technology and 1-2 years of experience in construction materials testing.

">

You will work on varied projects and develop your skills with guidance and mentorship from our senior team.

">

Key Responsibilities

">

• Provide construction inspection and quality control/assurance testing for various infrastructure and transportation projects;

">

• Conduct field compaction testing of soils;

">

• Carry out laboratory testing on soils and concrete;

">

• Carry out field concrete testing as per CSA requirements;

">

• Conduct pile construction monitoring for driven steel and cast-in-place concrete piles;

">

• Liaise with project engineers and client's site representatives;

">

• Travel to construction sites.
