Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch Personnel: Schedule and dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Maintain Vehicle Operator Work Records: Accurately record and maintain vehicle operator work records, including hours worked, routes taken, and any issues encountered.
  • Schedule Assignments: Coordinate and schedule assignments for vehicle operators, crews, and equipment, taking into account factors such as vehicle availability, driver qualifications, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate Activities: Oversee and coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to ensure efficient and safe transportation services.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing skills in logistics operations, transportation management, and team coordination.
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
