Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team at G.P. Speedy Delivery Hotshot Service Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators and crews, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, utilizing dispatching equipment to process and transmit information.
  • Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems, maintaining vehicle operator work records and processing expenses.
  • Assist with maintenance of communications equipment and schedule assignments, coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders and maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Client focus, organized, and a team player.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 35 hours per week. The work language is English.
