Grande Prairie, Canada Hills Vac Services Ltd. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule transportation services for a fleet of vehicles.
- Monitor and track unit activities.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, to provide updates on jobs.
- Utilize phone systems and data entry software to input and retrieve information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain accurate records of transportation activities

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in transportation management or fleet management is preferred
- Familiarity with Vac Truck and oilfield duties and mapping
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Class 5 Licence (required)

- Day Shift (preferred)
- Night Shift (preferred)
- Overnight Shift (preferred)
