Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

Next Power Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our organization's strategic operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and manage major departments and senior staff positions to ensure effective operations.
  • Formulate and approve policies and programs to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to lead the organization.
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
  • 40-44 hours per week.
