Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Next Power Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the organization and formulating policies and programs to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Establish objectives and formulate policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select and develop senior staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish financial and administrative controls

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 to 44 hours of work per week
