Job Description

Next Power Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to lead our organization to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior staff, directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Resource Allocation
    • Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business objectives.
    • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Performance Management
    • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting expectations.
    • Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Security and Safety
    • Ensure a safe and secure work environment for all employees.
    • Implement and maintain effective security protocols and procedures.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
