Senior IT Project Manager Opportunity

Vantix Systems Inc is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to lead a large-scale migration project for SharePoint 2016 to SharePoint Online. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering this complex project while ensuring seamless integration with the M365 suite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Develop project deliverables, including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs, and project closures.
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all levels, fostering positive relationships and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale software application development projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Enterprise Content Management systems and their integration with the M365 suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience conducting impact and risk assessments, creating project forecasts in Microsoft Project, and leading change management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex project environments.
  • Canadian citizenship and ability to work remotely, with occasional on-site meetings.
