We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at 3D Concrete & Gravel Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, responding to inquiries and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Process and manage information required to provide customer service, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Operate the switchboard or telephone system, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and relaying messages as needed.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as ordering office supplies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and provide directory assistance.
- Offer support with data entry and provide general administrative assistance to the team.
