Presales and Technical Account Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Presales and Technical Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and customer success team, you will be responsible for working with business intelligence and data team members to understand their product use cases and requests.
Responsibilities- Market Interaction Calls: You will be taking live video calls with our prospects, customers, and partners to discuss product functionality and address their questions.
- Product Expert: You will respond to product questions from internal and external stakeholders via calls, emails, and community posts.
- Technical Account Manager: You will be assigned key customer accounts and will address their questions, support questions, or feature requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Marketing: You will create demo videos for our docs and community, and conduct live product training sessions to support marketing efforts.
- Strong SQL skills to communicate with customers who are proficient in SQL.
- Excellent communication skills, both on video calls and email.
- Ability to think out of the box to propose practical workarounds for product constraints.
- Ability to follow through on product-related enquiries in a timely manner.
- Strong writing skills to create well-structured and clear responses.
- Experience with Looker and/or dbt and familiarity with data modeling for business intelligence.
- Git experience to bring software engineering best practices into our product analytics.
- Operational experience with cloud BI tools and concepts of centralized and governed data modeling.
- Familiarity with the Modern Cloud Data Stack, including SQL BI tools, data transformation tools, or ETL tools.
