Job Title: Presales Solutions Engineer

Location: Hybrid (Office/Client/Home)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Solutions Engineer to support our sales team in delivering technical solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the sales team to expand sales opportunities through technical solutions.
  2. Attend presales meetings, engage in discovery questioning, and provide technical presentations.
  3. Identify and address technical gaps, designing and implementing effective solutions.
  4. Prepare detailed solution designs, including Statements of Work (SOW), to meet client requirements.
  5. Ensure smooth handoffs from the sales cycle to service delivery, participating in project kickoff meetings.
  6. Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure satisfaction, prevent churn, and support renewals.
  7. Contribute to product literature and documentation in collaboration with Product and Marketing teams.
Qualifications:
  1. 23 years of experience in a presales or solutions engineering role.
  2. Strong technical knowledge, particularly in VMware, Fortinet, and network infrastructure.
  3. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply them effectively.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts.
  5. Confident and professional demeanor, with strong interpersonal skills.
  6. Flexible mindset, with a willingness to take on multiple roles and responsibilities.
  7. Curious, enthusiastic, and eager to learn technical and sales skills.
  8. Fluent in English; accents are acceptable.
Technical Skills:
  1. Expertise in network infrastructure planning, design, and implementation (routing, switching, wireless, security, and monitoring).
  2. Proficiency in VMware and virtualization technologies.
  3. Experience with backup and disaster recovery design.
  4. Familiarity with Microsoft technologies.
  5. Knowledge of Fortinet and Palo Alto; certifications are a plus.
  6. Skills in HPE and Aruba are advantageous.
  7. Experience with Azure Cloud and AWS is beneficial.
Work Environment:

Hybrid work model with travel between office, client sites, and home as needed. Travel expenses will be compensated.
