Food Service Manager

Atlas Food Services Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demands.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- 3 years of experience in a food service environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Physical demands include standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, and walking.
Our restaurant operates in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and initiative in meeting the needs of our customers.
