Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this role include providing exceptional patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring seamless office operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and visitors, directing them to relevant areas or contacts.
  • Offer basic information to clients and the public, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Manage office supplies, scheduling appointments, and performing various administrative tasks.
  • Process mail and maintain filing systems, adhering to confidentiality protocols.
  • Answer phone calls, relay messages, and perform data entry tasks.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting or a similar environment.
