Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Specialist to join our team at Elmview Special Care Home in Regina. As a Nursing Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while actively participating in quality improvement principles and best practices.

About the Role:

  • You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide safe and quality nursing care.
  • Active participation in the model of care integrating quality improvement principles, lean methodology, best practice, advanced technology, and patient family-centered care.
  • Responsible for promoting organizational mission, vision, and values.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
  • Nursing diploma acceptable
  • Psychiatric Nursing diploma acceptable
  • Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing acceptable
  • Registered/eligible with the Registered Psychiatric Nurses Association of SK
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
