Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, maintenance, and reporting within SAP and other data sets. This includes creating and updating detailed knowledge of Lactalis master file components relative to business processes and file structures.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data across multiple systems, ensuring data quality and integrity.
  2. Detect and resolve data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors in a timely manner.
  3. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless data exchange and maintain high data standards.
  4. Develop and implement data governance strategies to promote best practices and adherence to established processes.
  5. Support project work by entering and modifying required data associated with those projects.
  6. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports on data quality and integrity.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a related field, preferably in data administration or management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and high organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP is an asset.
What We Offer

Lactalis Canada offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:

  • A retention bonus of 5% to be paid out at the end of the contract.
