The successful candidate will work closely with our Catalog Content team to ensure high-quality catalog data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Classify and verify production information, directly impacting the customer experience.
- Troubleshoot vendor issues and escalate accordingly.
- Support additional tasks and special projects.
- Assist with launching products and services on retail platforms.
- Verify attribute quality through investigation and research.
- Maintain standards for high-quality catalog data.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Degree or diploma in Business Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-4+ years of experience working with large sets of data and SQL.
- Google Suite and MS Office proficiency.
- Knowledgeable in data curation, labeling, and annotation.
- Detail-oriented with ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Excel experience and exposure to commands is mandatory.
- Able to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:** $45-$65 per hour (dependent on experience), 6-month contract with potential extension.
Location:** Remote - Toronto, ON. Work from home opportunities available.
