We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will provide exceptional service and support to our clinicians and head office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide superior customer service through telephone and in-person interactions
- Manage client appointments, supplies, and administrative tasks
- Support clinicians with administrative duties and provide hearing professional support
- Process sales reconciliations, inventory, and third-party insurance claims
- Post-secondary education in an applicable field
- At least 2 years' customer service experience
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
