We are seeking a skilled Audiology Professional to join our team at HearCanada in Lethbridge, AB.

About the Role:

As a Hearing Care Specialist, you will provide standardized hearing evaluations, deliver exceptional client care, and follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Support existing and new clients in their hearing journey by providing audiological assessments and hearing evaluations
  • Stay up-to-date with new trends in hearing aid promotions, fittings, and technological advancements to make informed recommendations to clients
  • Build relationships with clients to ensure appropriate care is provided and post-care solutions are recommended
  • Collaborate with our clinic team members to support both walk-in clients and inbound phone calls

Requirements:

  • A graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
  • A registrant of ACSLPA (Alberta College of Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists) or CHAPA (College of Hearing Aid Practitioners of Alberta) in good standing
  • Working knowledge of hearing health care products and services with diagnostic/dispensing experience
  • An excellent communicator who can establish a professional and individualized rapport with clients and team members
