Aberdeen Market seeks a seasoned Financial Director to lead our strategic leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in financial management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Allocating resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorizing the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinating the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establishing objectives and formulating policies and programs
  • Representing the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Selecting middle managers and directors, delegating authority, and creating optimal working conditions
  • Establishing financial and administrative controls, formulating promotional campaigns, and approving human resources planning

The successful candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, organization, and a team player mentality. This is a permanent position with 30 hours per week, requiring English language proficiency.
