Job Title: Financial Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to join our team at OSMI HOMES INC.

Job Summary:

The Financial Director will be responsible for leading our financial operations, developing and implementing financial strategies, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure the financial health of the organization.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee the financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
  • Financial Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve financial goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in financial management, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Financial Director will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work effectively in a team.

  • Excellent Oral Communication: The ability to communicate effectively with senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent Written Communication: The ability to prepare and present financial reports and other written materials.
  • Interpersonal Awareness: The ability to work effectively with a team and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Team Player: The ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve financial goals and objectives.
Experience:

5 years or more of experience in financial management, preferably in a senior leadership role.

Language:

English.

Work Hours:

40 hours per week.
