Job Summary

Novalink Logistics Inc is seeking a skilled Freight Forwarding Operations Specialist to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. The ideal candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in freight forwarding and a strong understanding of logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee operational logistics of the organization, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Perform routine clerical duties, such as preparing and submitting reports.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Provide customer service and keep track of shipments.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in freight forwarding.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and a team player attitude.
