Job Title: Business Development Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Advisor to join our team at JMJ BUILDING MAINTENANCE LTD.

Job Summary

The Business Development Advisor will be responsible for identifying and pursuing business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and develop targeted sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute development projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Customer Service: Respond to client inquiries, provide ongoing support, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and improve business processes, systems, and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Setting: Business and/or industry
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, organized, team player
