Job Title: Business Development Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Advisor to join our team at JMJ Building Maintenance Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks to support business growth and development.
  • Plan and execute development projects to drive commercial expansion.
  • Respond to enquiries from the business community regarding development opportunities.
  • Conduct research to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs.
  • Analyze and provide advice on managerial methods and organization.
  • Consult with clients to provide ongoing support and propose improvements to methods and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Organized and able to work in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information.
  • Permanent full-time position with 30-35 hours per week.
  • Work language: English.
