We are seeking a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at JMJ BUILDING MAINTENANCE LTD. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who is passionate about driving business growth and development.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of experience in a related field. They will be responsible for performing administrative tasks, planning development projects, and responding to enquiries from members of the business community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products
  • Evaluating customer service and store environments
  • Ensuring appropriate business/commercial licenses are in place
  • Consulting with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Proposing improvements to methods, systems and procedures
  • Conducting research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
  • Analyzing and providing advice on the managerial methods and organization of an establishment

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and a team player. They will work a permanent schedule with 30-35 hours per week and be fluent in English.
