Job Opportunity at St-Amour & Associates, Senc.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in the Industrial and Chemical division. As a key member of our sales and technical positions team, you will be responsible for developing business opportunities and managing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to grow our client base
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and recruit top talent in the market to meet the needs of our clients
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve sales and recruitment goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Corporate sector or recruitment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
