Job Summary:

St-Amour & Associates, Senc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team in the Corporate sector. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for the business development of our Industrial and Chemical division, as well as the management of client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective action plans to develop new clients and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Identify and recruit top talent in the market to meet the needs of our clients.
  3. Collaborate with the Division Director and team members to achieve business objectives.
  4. Provide exceptional service to clients, including recruitment and talent management.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Minimum of two years of experience in a Corporate sector or in recruitment.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
