Job Description

At St-Amour & Associates, Senc., we are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our Industrial and Chemical division. This is a fantastic opportunity for an entrepreneurial individual with a passion for sales and experience in the Corporate sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and recruiting top talent in the market. To achieve this, the Recruiter will create an effective action plan to identify new business opportunities, develop new clients, and recruit the best candidates.

The ideal candidate will have a BAC/DEC in Business Administration or a related field, a minimum of two years of experience in an Corporate sector or in recruitment, and excellent interpersonal skills. Additionally, they will be able to build relationships, participate in networking activities, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

As a Recruiter at St-Amour & Associates, Senc., you will be an ally and advisor in the recruitment process for your clients. You will work in close collaboration with your team and the Division Director to ensure the success of our clients' recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business relationships with clients and manage client accounts
  • Create an effective action plan to identify new business opportunities and develop new clients
  • Recruit top talent in the market

Requirements:

  • BAC/DEC in Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience in an Corporate sector or in recruitment
