About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Systems Manager to join our team at InfoSpec Systems Inc. as a key member of our IT department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control

Develop and implement effective budget planning and control strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation and minimize costs.

Client Engagement

Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.

Project Management

Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.

Operational Management

Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.

Skills
  • Computer Programming

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.

Data Analysis and Interpretation

Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data to inform business decisions.

Desktop Applications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other desktop applications.

Networking Software

Knowledge of networking protocols and software.

Programming Software

Proficiency in programming software such as Eclipse or Visual Studio.

Area of Specialization

Work planning, estimating, measuring, and scheduling.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Personal Suitability

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
