Responsibilities:

* Plan and control budget and expenditures for IT projects
* Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems
* Authorize the development of specifications for products or services
* Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines
* Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
* Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
* Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

* 5 years or more of experience in computer systems management
* Strong knowledge of computer programming, desktop applications, and MS SQL Server
* Experience with computerized testing systems
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
