Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Construction

Walton's Woodworking Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing daily operations to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet project deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to ensure accurate cost projections.
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to manage project data and information.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
