Job Title: Senior Project Manager, Construction

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Walton's Woodworking Ltd. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates to ensure accurate cost projections.
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to manage project data and information.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schemas, and drawings to ensure project accuracy.
  • Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
  • Oversee the analysis of data and information to inform project decisions.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure project success.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in construction project management.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Valid driver's licence and own vehicle.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
