About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cafeteria Counter Attendant to join our team at Bean Around the World Coffees. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
    • Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitized.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with their meal.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Will train.
