Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled MEMS Equipment Specialist to join our team at Teledyne Digital Imaging, Inc. This role will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our advanced manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track tool status via MES and maintain accurate documentation
  • SOURCE and maintain tool spares inventory
  • Develop and update preventative maintenance procedures and data collections
  • Interface with equipment vendors to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to address process issues
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members
  • Escalate resource requests to minimize tool downtime
  • Identify and document tool failure modes to improve maintenance

Requirements:

  • Relevant technical diploma or associate's degree in engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and chemical systems
  • RF and vacuum system knowledge an asset
  • Chemical handling and WHMIS/TDG certification
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
