Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Support Professional to join their team in South Warwickshire.

The ideal candidate will have a foundation degree in health or psychology, with experience in community mental health care and the ability to work effectively with people in distressed states.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to further develop specialist skills and participate in running groups and delivering psychological interventions. The successful candidate will have good communication skills, be able to work independently and collaboratively with colleagues, and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and develop their practice.

The estimated salary for this role is £25,500 - £31,383 per annum, depending on experience.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Providing interventions on a one-to-one basis and group formats
  • Triage of patients accessing secondary care mental health services
  • Delivery of Mental Health psychoeducation
  • Supporting qualified staff with conducting assessments and reviews

  • Foundation degree in health or psychology

  • Full driving licence and access to a motor vehicle for business use
