Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Specialist to join our team at PCL Constructors Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's Total Rewards programs, including benefits, retirement savings, and employee assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to design and implement effective Total Rewards programs.
  • Provide education and support to employees on Total Rewards-related topics.
  • Administer Total Rewards documentation, ensuring it is up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational requirements for benefits programs, liaising with HR representatives, benefits carriers, and third-party administrators.
  • Support the disability management process, ensuring employee confidentiality and privacy.
  • Administer the Employee and Family Assistance program, including employee communications and education.
  • Collaborate with corporate departments and the HR Leadership team to ensure alignment with priorities and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Postsecondary diploma or degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on Total Rewards.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Total Rewards principles and applicable legislation.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
