About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Millwright Specialist to join our team at Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P. in a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detect and Troubleshoot Irregularities

Identify and resolve issues with machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Repair and Maintain Equipment

Perform routine maintenance tasks, repair or replace defective parts, and ensure all equipment is in good working condition.

Supervise and Train Colleagues

Lead and mentor a team of workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Install and Commission New Equipment

Install and test new machinery and equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly and safely.

Read and Interpret Technical Documents

Read and understand technical drawings, specifications, and manuals to ensure all work is completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • Experience with High-Speed Packaging Equipment
  • Knowledge of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
  • Strong Communication and Leadership Skills
