Your Opportunity:

Are you a seasoned nursing professional looking for a new challenge? As a Senior Practice Consultant, Associate Chief Nursing Officer, you will provide expert advice and guidance on professional practice standards, clinical education, and practice consultation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and development of health discipline-specific policy, standards, clinical education, and guidelines
  • Lead the transition and integration of Internationally Educated Nurses (IENs)
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve healthcare outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address practice gaps
  • Develop and maintain electronic nursing clinical tools for continuous quality outcomes
Requirements:
  • RN or RPN with applicable licenses and designation
  • Minimum of five years in healthcare practice consultation, leadership, or professional development role
  • Tactical and operational thinking with experience in project management and written communication
  • Master of Nursing or equivalency
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge of electronic nursing clinical resources
