Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve healthcare outcomes
  • Provide leadership and guidance on clinical education and practice consultation services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address healthcare needs
  • Develop and maintain health discipline-specific policy, standards, and guidelines
  • Participate in the implementation and evaluation of strategic initiatives
Requirements:
  • RN or RPN with applicable licenses and designations
  • Minimum of five years of experience in healthcare practice consultation, leadership, or professional development
  • Tactical and operational thinking with experience in project management and written communication
  • Master of Nursing or equivalency
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Knowledge of electronic nursing clinical resources
