Sales Development Representative Role
You will leverage our internal database to contact and qualify potential clients, quote and bind policies, build external pipelines, and bring new clients to the organization. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who excels in customer service, communication, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
• Utilize our internal database to pipeline leads and drive new business
• Conduct sales qualifying calls and pass qualified leads to the next stage of the sales process
• Collect client information to ensure eligibility for various programs and document carefully for a smooth transition to Sales Representatives
• Provide regular status updates to leadership on wins, challenges, and opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with Underwriters to ensure compliance with evolving guidelines
• Liaise between clients and external insurance partners for fair representation
• Engage in continuous self-development through industry involvement and courses
Requirements
• Sales experience is an asset
• Strong customer service background, preferably in phone-based interactions
• Excellent communication skills for effective client engagement
• Excellent note-taking and documentation skills
• Passion for helping people protect their valuables
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through fixed and variable compensation
• Results-driven approach with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customers
• Ability to communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and via email
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in challenging situations

• $45,000 - $61,000 salary range based on location and performance
