Job Title: IBM Mainframe COBOL Developer

Astra North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a skilled IBM Mainframe COBOL Developer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop COBOL applications for IBM Mainframe systems.
  • Implement and maintain existing COBOL applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical training and support to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest COBOL and Mainframe technologies.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Mainframe technologies, including COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM, and Mainframe tools.
  • Experience with IBM Infosphere OPTIM for Masking data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred domain knowledge in Banking and Financial Services.
Desirable Skills:
  • Experience with application design, development, and deployment.
  • Banking domain knowledge.
