About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Supervisor to join our team at BELL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, assessing their needs and resources to recommend the appropriate solutions, and developing reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients

You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting our products and services to existing clients, with the goal of increasing sales and revenue.

Assess Client Needs and Resources

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and resources, and use this information to recommend the most suitable products and services to meet their requirements.

Develop Reports and Proposals

You will develop reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services, and use these to persuade clients to purchase our offerings.

Conduct Sales Transactions

You will be responsible for conducting sales transactions, including preparing and administering sales contracts, and providing input into product design where necessary.

Provide Input into Product Design

You will work closely with our product development team to provide input into product design, ensuring that our products and services meet the needs of our clients.

Review and Adapt Information

You will review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to ensure that our sales strategies are aligned with the latest market trends.

Provide Client Presentations

You will provide clients with presentations on the benefits and uses of our products and services, and use these to persuade them to purchase our offerings.

Estimate Costs

You will estimate the costs of installing and maintaining our equipment or services, and use this information to advise clients on the best options for their needs.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.

Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a sales or business development role.

Language

Fluency in English.

Work Hours

40 hours per week.
