About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Investment & Personal Banking Specialist to join our Canadian Banking Branch network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers throughout their financial journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver trusted financial advice and customized solutions to customers using a financial planning approach.
  • Analyze customers' financial goals and preferences to recommend the most suitable strategies and solutions.
  • Focus on complex solutions and comprehensive financial planning to meet customers' needs.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, peers, and partners to provide a great client experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery.
Requirements
  • A minimum of two years of experience selling investment and credit products.
  • Demonstrated sales management experience and the ability to market Scotiabank's products and services.
  • A license to sell mutual funds and working towards the CIFP Diploma in Financial Planning (or Bank recognized equivalent).
