Job Summary:

The Human Resources Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of personnel-related tasks and activities. This role will involve maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and providing excellent customer service to employees and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including employee files and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, such as employee statistics and benefits information.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general inquiries.
  • Assist with recruitment and hiring processes, including screening applicants and preparing job postings.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Word and other Microsoft Office applications.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 24-32 hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
