Job Title: Cloud Transformation Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Transformation Leader to join our Amazon Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading large-scale cloud transformation programs and initiatives, working closely with senior business and technology leaders to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver cloud transformation programs, ensuring successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement cloud strategies, leveraging expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training, and support teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Manage engagement goals, lead teams, and hold internal and external teams accountable for achieving customer business outcomes.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders, providing expert guidance on cloud adoption and digital transformation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, with a proven track record of leading large-scale transformation programs.
  • Expertise in project management, agile methodologies, and cloud technologies, including infrastructure, business applications, data management, security, and application platforms.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
