Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Axis Planning Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the movement of supplies and materials between departments, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and coordinate the movement of supplies and materials between departments
  • Collaborate with warehouse and production units to ensure efficient operations
  • Consult with production supervisor to schedule production runs and optimize resource allocation
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports to track inventory and logistics performance
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs
  • Negotiate with suppliers to secure materials and supplies at competitive prices
  • Develop and implement operational logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
