Marketing Director Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to lead and own the strategy for a three-year pipeline of innovation for all brands within Meals and Culinary. This role requires a change leader and influencer who can build a strategic vision, set the agenda, and oversee the innovation launch calendar while ensuring cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the innovation launch calendar and ensure support and alignment from cross-functional partners, including National, regional, channel, and customer-specific innovations
  • Lead strategy and execution for a three-year pipeline of innovation for all brands within Meals & Culinary, partnering with Foodservice Vend partners to create brand experiences in new channels
  • Lead whitespace development for strategy and innovation for On the Go consumption and Macrosnacks
  • Coach, motivate, and develop a marketing team of 3, while having strong dotted-line managerial linkage to cross-functional partners
  • Play an innovation lead role on the PFC MLT (Marketing Leadership Team), PFC ILT (Innovation Leadership Team), and Growth Council

Qualifications
  • Undergraduate/Graduate Degree (Business/Marketing degree preferred)
  • Expert in simplifying complexity, regardless of the level of ambiguity, including the development of strategies that are executable by cross-functional partners
  • 5+ years demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing
