Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
* Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in senior marketing leadership
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Creative thinker with a passion for big ideas
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in digital marketing and Microsoft Office
