Job Description

Job Title: Training Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Director to join our team at Match Marketing Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our employees and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and objectives.
  • Design and develop effective online courses, modules, and training materials.
  • Develop clear learning objectives, outlines, and scripts for online courses and modules.
  • Conduct training initiatives, workshops, and webinars for internal and external customers.
  • Create and implement eLearning, video-based training content, and other multimedia resources.
  • Ensure consistency in presentation and training material accuracy for specified brands.
  • Apply instructional design methodologies to create learner-centric content.
  • Manage and coordinate logistical support for product and technical education projects.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in training and instructional design is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in e-learning development, web design, and multimedia production.
  • Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems.
  • Experience with multimedia production tools and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Bachelors Degree or Certification in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
